Bell nonlocality, from open problems in Mathematics to groundbreaking technology

I will review Bell nonlocality, both theoretical and experimental aspects. Some problems framed in the context of Bell nonlocality are directly connected to open questions in Mathematics, we will discuss a few of them. Finally, we will review how ideas from Bell nonlocality have led to the flourishing of quantum communication.
